Q. What is A-Z Floor Sanding?

A. A-Z Floor Sanding is a full-service floor refinishing, repair and installation company specializing in  wood flooring.

Q. Who is sent to my house to do the work?

A. A uniformed A-Z Floor Sanding technician will arrive at your home carrying his own tools in a clearly marked van. All of our technicians are A-Z Floor Sanding employees, not subcontractors. We carefully screen each of our employees before hiring, and they are insured and all possess a high level of skill and experience. Our technicians arrive on time, ready to work.

Payment

Q. How do you charge?

A. At A -Z Floor Sanding , we charge by the square foot. This way our customers are charged only for the square footage they have.

Q. Can I get an estimate for my job?

A. For most sanding, refinishing & installation's we can give you a price over the phone. Simply give us the square footage of the areas you would like serviced & we can quote you a very accurate price. For repairs we may need to come out to your home for an estimate. 

Q. How do I pay?

A. You can either give cash to the technician 1/2 at start of job & 1/2 upon completion of job, or in most areas you can pay by credit card.
